Cochrane, ON. – Rockshield, a leading producer of premium hardwood plywood, today announced the appointment of Rodney Hoogenhoud as General Manager.
Mr. Hoogenhoud will be responsible for the day-to-day management of Rockshield’s Cochrane Ontario hardwood plywood facility and will report to Rockshield’s President and CEO, Tom Scott. “Rodney has played a key role in executing our startup plan and his focus on customer satisfaction will continue to strengthen Rockshield’s position as the industry leader in premium hardwood plywood. With a proven track record of entrepreneurship and community involvement, Rodney’s leadership skills are well suited to lead Rockshield’s production and quality efforts as we continue in our mission to be the best little plywood mill in North America,” said Tom Scott.
Mr. Hoogenhoud brings more than 10 years of experience in hardwood plywood operations along with experience in customer service and business management.
Rodney Hoogenhoud received his degree in business from the College of Canadore.
